For Regular Mail: An Official Entry Form must accompany all mailed submissions. The form is available in both .DOC and .PDF formats for download by clicking the .DOC or .PDF links on the bottom of this page. Reproductions of the Official Entry Form are also acceptable. For Online Applications: Click here. Entry Fees Manuscript Competition: $40 per entry, per category. Short Subject and Poetry Competition: $40 per entry, per category. NOTE: In the poetry competition, an entry consists of 3 poems in any one category.
